Capacity building of ANGEM staff

As part of the capacity building of its personnel in terms of personalized support, and with the aim of ensuring a better integration of vulnerable people, particularly people with disabilities, ANGEM organized on 4 and 5 March 2015, an awareness-raising workshop. Personalized social support (PSA) under the theme "Personalized social support, as a support process for vulnerable people".

This activity led by experts from the NGO "Handicape International" was held at the hotel "Mas des Planeurs" in Algiers.

About fifty ANGEM executives specialized in supporting project leaders took part in this training.

The objectives of the workshop are:

• Inform and sensitize, mainly the accompaniers of the ANGEM to the personalized accompaniment;
• Analyze existing processes and approaches in support of vulnerable categories;
• Formulate recommendations and proposals for adapted and appropriate training of trainers for the implementation of personalized social support.
