As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance digital performance and modernize its operational procedures, the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit organized a training session for its executives on the topic of “electronic payment operations” on October 6 and 7 at the headquarters of the agency.
Eighteen executives took part in this session, representing different structures of the agency, including the Studies and Information Systems Department, the Finance and Accounting Department, as well as the Program Development Department.
The objective of this training is to enhance the participants’ skills in electronic payment and enable them to master the latest technologies used in digital repayment platforms.
This initiative aims to improving efficiency of the agency’s financial services and optimizing loan recovery operations, ensuring greater security and speed.
Ultimately, this will contribute to improving the agency’s financial service efficiency and optimizing loan recovery operations, thereby ensuring enhanced security and speed.
Furthermore, this initiative aligns with the agency’s goal of adopting digital transformation at all organizational levels.
