The micro-credit program adapts to the needs of the beneficiaries

Under Executive Decree No. 19-137 of April 29, 2019, new dispositions are made to the micro-credit program, as regards the conditions and the level of support granted to micro loans beneficiaries.

The National Agency for Management of Microcredit is perpetually reflecting on the areas that can be improved by the microcredit program, in order to maintain the attractiveness of the latter but also to adapt it regularly and as much as possible to the needs expressed by microcredit applicants or active promoters.

Thus, it is granted to those who have benefited from a micro loan, in order to purchase raw materials and having already repaid the entire amount of the first loan:

-  A new interest-free loan for the purchase of raw materials. The amount of the interest-free loan should not exceed one hundred thousand dinars (100,000 DA).It can reach two hundred and fifty thousand dinars (250 000 DA)  in the wilayas of Adrar, Bechar, Tindouf, Biskra, El Oued, Ouargla, Gharadaia, Laghouat, Illizi and Tamenghasset;

-  A new interest-free loan for business creation, intended for the acquisition of small materials and raw materials necessary for the start of the project,completing the personal contribution of the beneficiary and the bank loan. The amount of this interest-free loan is set at 29% of the total cost of the business, which cannot exceed one million dinars (1,000,000 DA).
