ANGEM at the heart of promoting the business climate and regulating the market

Ms. Souade Bendjemil, Chief Executive Officer of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit, took part in the opening ceremony of the national meeting entitled: “Improving the Business Climate and Regulating the National Market: Between Guarantees for Businesses and Strengthening Consumer Protection.” The event was organized under the supervision of Ms. Amal Abdellatif, Minister of Internal Trade and National Market Regulation, and attended by the Advisor to the President of the Republic in charge of Economic Affairs, the Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, as well as representatives of various State institutions.

The meeting featured three dialogue sessions focused on enhancing the business climate and strengthening mechanisms for regulating the national market. Discussions highlighted the importance of maintaining a balanced approach that supports economic enterprises while ensuring effective consumer protection, through the development of legal and regulatory frameworks, the promotion of investment, and the encouragement of domestic production.

These sessions also served as a platform for dialogue and consultation among the different stakeholders, fostering the exchange of experiences and the formulation of practical recommendations aimed at supporting national economic dynamics and reinforcing confidence in the national market.
