Signing of a Cooperation Agreement between the NESDA and the ANGEM to expand entrepreneurs’ activities

Algiers, January 14, 2025 – This morning, a significant cooperation agreement was signed at the headquarters of the National Entrepreneurship Support and Development Agency in Belouizdad between the two agencies (NESDA) and (ANGEM). Mr. Bilal Achacha, CEO of (NESDA), and Mrs. Souade Bendjemile CEO of (ANGEM) signed the agreement, in the presence of several senior officials from both agencies.

This agreement aims to enhance and expand the activities of entrepreneurs benefiting from microcredit, providing them with more support and guidance to develop their projects and ensure their sustainability. It also seeks to contribute to supporting the national economy by promoting entrepreneurship and creating new job opportunities, thereby fostering the country’s economic and social development.

In his speech during the signing session, Mr. Bilal Achacha emphasized the importance of this partnership in achieving economic growth and providing a favorable environment for entrepreneurs to succeed and expand. For her part, Mrs. Souade Bendjeamile highlighted the significant role this agreement will play in supporting entrepreneurs, enabling them to achieve their goals, and contributing to the building of a strong and diverse economy.

It is worth noting that the agreement will come into effect immediately upon signing, with joint plans in place to monitor and evaluate its impact on beneficiaries in the coming period.
