The participation committee of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit gathered for the first time since its establishment last June, on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the headquarters of the agency, along with the CEO of ANGEM, members of the committee and central executives.

Following the opening by the CEO, discussions centered on three key points, the professional and social concerns of the agency’s workers, the review of the results for the third quarter of 2025, as well as the health insurance offers for the various cooperatives proposed.

The objective is to use all possible means to improve working conditions and strengthen communication between the administration and employees, in order to ensure a professional environment that fosters productivity in the agency and the achievement of its objectives.

The meeting concluded with a report summarizing the decisions taken during the session.
