Ms. Souade Bendjemil, Chief Executive Officer of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM), chaired the signing ceremony of a framework agreement between ANGEM and the National Higher School of Hydraulics of Blida, represented by its Director, Mr. Habouch Abdelhamid. The agreement aims to foster entrepreneurship among students and provide support to young project leaders.

This partnership is part of the support provided to the activities of the school’s business incubator and Business Cafés, as well as assisting students in the development and implementation of their entrepreneurial projects.

During the ceremony, the CEO engaged with students and underscored the strategic importance of the irrigation and water resources sector in ensuring food security and advancing agricultural development. She also highlighted the sector’s vital contribution to strengthening the national economy, encouraging students to invest in innovative projects in this field, particularly in response to climate challenges and future development opportunities.

At the conclusion of the visit, students were introduced to the ANGEM office established within the school, which will serve as a dedicated support and guidance space to assist them throughout the realization of their projects.
