On the occasion of the 57th anniversary of Independence and Youth Day, on the 5th of July, I am pleased to offer to all the employees of both the National Agency for Management of Microcredit and the Mutual Guarantee Fund for Micro credits, my sincere congratulations and best wishes, may God almighty grant you full successes and prosperity, and may this occasion be a good omen for you and for all the Algerian people and to our beloved nation.
