As part of the work visit conducted by Mr. Noureddine Ouadah, Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises, to the wilaya of Sétif, ANGEM, represented by its CEO, Ms. Souade Bendjemil, took part in the official program of the visit, along with a delegation of senior executives from the agency.
The program included a field visit to several successful micro-enterprises funded by the microcredit program.
The first stop was at the store of Mr Khalil Charef, who grew his small business in food production for individuals with celiac disease and diabetics.
This innovative project, which received triangular funding, provides efficient solutions to a large group of people.
The next stop was at the mattress-manufacturing workshop, managed by Mrs. Kabab Amira, who also received triangular financing in 2024. She expressed her gratitude for the support provided by the State and ANGEM during the growing of her small business
This visit provided the Minister with a chance to inquire about the concerns of young beneficiaries of microcredit and to get an overview of the challenges they face.
The visit occurred in the presence of the Secretary General of the wilaya, as well as representatives of local authorities. This reflects the importance the State places on supporting and assisting micro-enterprises as a lever for sustainable economic development.
