Algeria hosted the 2025 Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank from May 19 to May 22, 2025, at the “Abdellatif Rahal” International Conference Center under the theme: “Diversifying Economies, Enriching Lives”
These meetings serve as a strategic platform to strengthen development cooperation and the exchange of expertise among member states.
Delegations from 57 member countries of the Bank, along with development partners, policymakers, and leaders from both the public and private sectors, took part in these meetings.
Mr. Noureddine Ouadah, Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises, took part in a panel on: “Digital solutions for strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting socio-economic development.”
This panel was moderated by the CEO of the Islamic Bank of Algeria, the Vice President of Operations at the Islamic Development Bank, the officer in charge of the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development and the Co-founder and CEO of Pinhome Indonesia.
The panel also saw the participation of Ms. Souade Benjemil, ANGEM’s CEO along with experts and people interested in the panel discussion.
ANGEM was represented at this event with an institutional booth aimed at promoting the services provided by the agency and the advantages offered to its beneficiaries.
