On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, Ms. Souade Bendjmil, the CEO of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit, chaired a coordination meeting on November 20, 2024, with the Secretary General of the National Union of Workers of ANGEM, in the presence of central executives of the agency as well as members of the national union of the General Union of Algerian Workers.

As a result of this meeting, the negotiation process was successfully concluded, leading to the formulation of a new collective agreement for the year 2024. This agreement was established between representatives of the administration and members representing the workers.

The negotiations culminated in the signing of a new collective agreement by ANGEM’s CEO and the Secretary General of the National Union, with the CEO committing to implement decisions that primarily benefit the workers.
