    Financing

    1. Bank credit is 100% subsidized;
    2. An interest-free loan (IFL), equivalent to 29% of the project’s overall cost may be granted if this later does not exceed 1,000,000 DA;
    3. For the purchase of raw materials, the IFL is fixed at 100% of the project’s overall cost which does not exceed 100,000 DA.

    Tax Benefits

    1. A total tax exemption on comprehensive income and company profits over a period of three (3) years;
    2. Exemption from real estate tax, on constructions used for the businesses operated over a period of three (3) years;
    3. Are exempt from the transfer tax, property acquisitions made by developers for the creation of industrial activities;
    4. Acts on setting up companies created by developers are exempt from all registration fees;
    5. A tax abatement on the total income tax or corporate income, as well as the tax on professional activity, due at the end of the period of the exemption, for the first three tax years, as follows:
      • 1st taxation year: an abatement of 70%;
      • 2nd taxation year: an abatement of 50%;
      • 3rd taxation year: an abatement of 25%.
    6. The rights of Customs on imported equipment going directly into the implementation of the investment, are determined by applying a 5% rate.

    • To have no income or to have a small irregular and unstable income;
    • To have a fixed residence;
    • To possess expertise in relation with the planned activity.

    Administrative file to provide:

    • A 01) recent identity photo;
    • One (01) birth certificate;
    • One (01) residence card or one (01) accommodation certificate;
    • A (01) copy of the national identity card or driving license;
    • One (01) copy of pro forma invoices for raw materials or one (01) quantitative and estimated quote for raw materials.


    Document to be established at the support unit:

    • One (01) declaration and one (01) commitment to benefit from the microcredit established jointly by the support worker and the promoter.

    Eligibility conditions for microcredit:

    • To be aged 18 and over;
    • To have no income or to have a small irregular and unstable income;
    • To have a fixed residence;
    • To possess expertise in relation with the planned activity;
    • Not having benefited from other business creation support;
    • Mobilize the personal contribution of 1% of the overall cost of the activity, for the acquisition of equipment and materials;
    • Make contributions to the mutual guarantee fund

    Administrative file to provide:

    • One (01) recent identity photo;
    • Four (04) birth certificates;
    • Two (02) residence cards;
    • Four (04) copies of the national identity card or driving license;
    • Two (02) copies of the diploma or work certificate or internship certificates or certificates of validation of know-how.


    Financial file to provide:

    • One (01) copy of pro forma insurance invoice for equipment and materials to be purchased including tax;
    • One (01) estimated and quantitative quote for the development of premises/land, established by a construction company and craftsmen, qualified for this type of work;
    • One (01) copy of pro forma invoices for equipment/materials and raw materials to be purchased including tax;
    • One (01) copy of pro forma invoices for goods for commercial activities.


    Document to be established at the support unit:

    • One (01) declaration and one (01) commitment to benefit from the microcredit established jointly by the support worker and the promoter.
