Help fight unemployment and precariousness in urban and rural areas by promoting self-employment, home-based work and crafts, especially among female populations;
Raise awareness among rural populations in their areas of origin through the emergence of production of goods and services businesses, that generate income and employment;
Developing entrepreneurial spirit that would replace the assistantship and help to social integration and personal development of people
Support, advise and assist beneficiaries in the implementation of their small businesses, especially concerning the financing of their projects and during the exploitation phase as well;
Monitoring the beneficiaries’ small businesses ensuring that the agreements and contracts between them and ANGEM are respected;
Training project backers and micro loans beneficiaries in mounting techniques and income generating business management, as well as in very small businesses;
Organizing exhibitions-sales to support marketing of microcredit products.
Missions
Managing the microcredit device in accordance with the legislation and regulation in force;
Notifying the beneficiaries whose projects are eligible to the device of the aid granted to them;
Monitoring the small businesses realised by beneficiaries ensuring compliance with the book of specifications that connect them to the agency;
Assisting Micro Credit beneficiaries, if necessary, with the institutions and agencies concerned by the implementation of their projects.
