The Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-Enterprises, Mr. Noureddine Ouadah, along with the Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Mr. Sid Ali Zerrouki, conducted a work and inspection visit to the wilaya of El Oued.
The event was attended by the wali of the wilaya, Mr. Larbi Bahloul, the CEO of ANGEM, Ms. Souade Bendjemil, as well as officials from both sectors.
During this visit, the Ministers and the CEO of ANGEM had the opportunity to visit a small start-up called “Cronos Box El Oued”.
Furthermore, a training session was organized for beneficiaries of the microcredit program. The CEO demonstrated a strong interest in the quality of the training provided and in the impact that small businesses have in job creation and their contribution to the local economy.
On the sidelines of this visit, Mr. Noureddine Ouadah, accompanied by the Wali of El Oued and CEO of ANGEM, sought to assess the progress of the development work of the permanent “Achach” market. This market is designed to provide project leaders with a stable commercial space, enabling them to sell their products permanently, free from the circumstantial restrictions they face on seasonal markets.
He also highlighted the importance of these spaces in promoting entrepreneurial culture and creating local economic dynamics based on the promotion of national production, particularly among young people and women who benefit from micro loans.
It should be noted that on the sidelines of this visit, the Minister of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups and Micro-Enterprises, as well as the Minister of Post and Telecommunications made several important stops.
