On June 25, 2025, Ms. Souade Bendjemile, the General Director of the National Microcredit Agency, oversaw the election and appointment of members for the Agency’s Participation Committee. The event was held at the CNFPS in Birkhadem and attended by senior directors, key agency executives, and 61 out of 67 elected delegates.

Following the election, Mr. Benai Fayçal from the Bejaia Wilaya Agency and Mr. Belkizi Mustafa from the Adrar Wilaya Agency were elected as President and Vice-President of the Participation Committee, respectively.

The elections were conducted in a manner ensuring full transparency and the integrity of the electoral process.

During the meeting, the General Director gave a speech urging greater employee participation in decision-making. She highlighted that addressing staff concerns aligns with the agency’s goals of boosting performance and fostering stronger workplace relationships.

The election of the agency’s staff representatives was held on June 19, 2025 at the headquarters of the general management as well as across all regional and local offices.
